City Walk Crestlane is an upscale community by Meraas in the vibrant City Walk district. Scheduled for launch in Q1 2025, it will consist of two clusters—City Walk Crestlane 2 and 3—each featuring two mid-rise buildings with direct park access.

The community will offer 1-4 bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom duplexes, with sizes starting from 772 sq. ft. Residences will include balconies, laundry rooms, and staff quarters in 2-bedroom (select) and all 3-4 bedroom units.

City Walk Crestlane will boast a variety of premium amenities, including water features, swimming pools, sports grounds, playgrounds, fitness centers, cycling and running tracks, event lawns, community spaces, yoga areas, a floating cinema, a pet park, lounge areas, coworking spaces with a library, and tennis and paddle courts.
