Located in Dubai Investments Park, DAMAC Riverside is an expansive residential community developed by DAMAC Properties. As of May 2024, the project features 1,900 townhouses with 4 to 5 bedrooms, designed with architectural influences from iconic global cities like Rome, Paris, London, New York, and Amsterdam.

Homes range from 2,297 sq. ft to 3,407 sq. ft, spread across two or three floors. Each layout includes practical features such as a garage, laundry room, storage space, and balconies. The 5-bedroom units also come with a terrace and maid’s quarters.

In late 2024, DAMAC introduced a new phase of the project, expanding the offering to include 1 and 2-bedroom apartments.
