The Opportunity
As a Luxury Property Consultant at Cielo, you will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors across Dubai’s dynamic property market.
You will be responsible for developing your own portfolio and client network while working within the Cielo brand to identify opportunities, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and deliver an exceptional level of service from the first conversation through to closing and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Develop specialist knowledge of your assigned communities, developments, or market segment.
- Prospect consistently and create new business opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market presentations.
- Advise clients confidently on properties, pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Build relationships with property owners and secure quality listings.
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions professionally through to completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Keep CRM records and client pipelines accurate and up to date.
- Work alongside Cielo’s marketing and management teams to promote properties and develop your professional presence.
- Represent the Cielo brand with professionalism, integrity, energy, and exceptional service.
Who We’re Looking For

Ideally, you will have:
- Previous real estate or sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A professional, confident, and client-focused approach.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Strong prospecting and business-development skills.
- The discipline to manage your pipeline and follow up consistently.
- A genuine interest in Dubai’s property and investment market.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE real estate experience and an existing client network are highly desirable.
